Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform unwrapping of shareholder details or entities involved in a company.
- Conduct investigations, collect data, compile documentation and evidence, and maintain accurate and detailed notes.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting to clients.
- Complete transactions accurately and on time to meet or exceed client SLAs.
- Identify and resolve regular and non-routine problems or escalate them to the Team Leader, Line Manager or Unit Head.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality when handling information received during responsibilities.
- Use established tools and procedures for fact finding, information search and gathering, data verification and compilation.
- Recognize insufficient information and bring issues to the attention of the Team Leader or Manager.
- Monitor and track the resolution of issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–18 months of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of the KYC/CDD domain.
- Ability to understand moderately complex transactions.
- Ability to understand and interpret source documents.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and multitask.
- Ability to make decisions.
- Experience with data entry and word processing.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to navigate web-based applications.
