The SRE will work closely with Cloud Development teams to improve the reliability, availability, performance and scalability of cloud services. The role combines software engineering, cloud infrastructure and operations, with a focus on automation and production reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure and continuously improve the reliability, availability, performance and scalability of cloud services.
- Work with Cloud Development teams to design for operability, reliability and resilience.
- Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Run and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Harness.
- Design and maintain monitoring, alerting and observability using CloudWatch and related tools.
- Reduce operational work through automation across deployments, upgrades, onboarding and incident response.
- Participate in incident handling and post-incident reviews and turn learnings into improvements.
- Contribute to standards, runbooks and reusable patterns used across the global SRE team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate qualification.
- Hands-on experience with AWS in real production environments.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker.
- Experience with Terraform, Harness and Ansible or similar tooling.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging concepts, including CloudWatch, metrics and alerts.
- Understanding of distributed systems and database technology, ideally Microsoft SQL Server, from an operational perspective.
- Solid troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, platform and application layers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and geographies.
- Client-centric, ownership-oriented approach with the ability to handle problems end to end.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in an SRE, DevOps or production engineering role.
- Knowledge of IAM, networking, certificates and SSO.
- Exposure to financial systems or other high-reliability environments.
