About the Role
Genpact is inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee – Order to Cash (OTC). In this role, you’ll be responsible for revenue booking, client billing, contract management, and financial audit closure. You will work closely with project management and operations teams to ensure smooth and accurate accounting processes in compliance with UGAAP and internal audit standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage contracts for global clients under the Order to Cash (OTC) process.
- Handle month-end activities including accurate revenue booking based on active contracts.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers and third parties.
- Coordinate with internal teams to close internal audits on time.
- Maintain dashboards and generate financial reporting metrics.
- Manage partner relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Com / Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with Operations, FP&A, and Business Leaders.
- Ability to work efficiently under audit or month-end closing pressure.
- Proven capability to drive automation and process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com / CA or MBA in Finance.
- Working knowledge of Oracle PA or ERP systems.
- Experience in customer billing and revenue recognition.
- Flexible for critical deadlines such as month-end, year-end, and audit closures.
