The Securities Services Technology team requires Support Analyst to manage the application support for Fund Services business. The candidate would be required to drive the activities involved in application support like incident resumption, change review, problem management along with mentoring the junior staff. He/she will be working closely with the business stakeholders, vendor, core project and other interface system teams within the bank. The candidate should have prior experience in custody applications either in development / support / testing and having domain knowledge is essential.
