Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform end‑to‑end payment application for complex and high‑value transactions
- Analyze and resolve payment application exceptions (unallocated, unidentified, residuals)
- Ensure correct matching of payments with invoices and remittance advice
- Reconcile unidentified customer payment and clearing GL accounts
- Collaborate with Collections, Claims, Credit, and Markets to resolve exceptions
- Ensure adherence to controls, approval thresholds, and cut‑off timelines
- Support audit requests, SOP compliance, and process governance
