Roles and Responsibilities
- Work and communicate with the Eide Bailly team in the financial institution industry to help ensure processes and operations meet required regulations and industry best practices.
- Assist with planning and testing for financial institution clients, including reviewing internal processes and controls, regulatory examination issues and corrective actions.
- Help prepare and summarize testing results in reports.
- Stay current with financial institution trends and issues and recommend or develop processes and procedures to implement changes.
- Ensure assigned projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain adherence to project budgets, turnaround times and deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of financial institution experience with an emphasis on compliance, internal controls and bank regulations.
- Well-rounded knowledge of financial institutions, internal controls and regulations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and related programs.
