About the Role

As an Associate Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for billing, fee allocation, and advisor payment processing for partners using Fee-Based products. The role also involves collaboration with multiple teams, supporting corporate finance operations, and ensuring accuracy in accounting workflows.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage plans on the Fee-Based platform, including asset charging, comments, and advisor fee processing.
- Handle client and advisor queries related to billing, fee schedules, and participant report counts.
- Update and maintain the Lawson billing system and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Collaborate with Frontier Trust regarding fee allocations for Fee-Based plans.
- Prepare credit memos and check requests for plan adjustments or refunds.
- Review and resolve unapplied payments and credits monthly.
- Support the Director of Financial Operations in developing scalable procedures for business growth.
- Protect and manage all confidential data responsibly, ensuring compliance with company security policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance / Accounting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance operations (freshers may apply).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Access, Wystar, or Lawson is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexibly across day or night shifts as per business needs.
- Self-motivated learner with a results-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts, reconciliations, and data analysis and reporting.
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Experience in corporate finance operations and billing systems.
