Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and implement operational cybersecurity initiatives across cloud and infrastructure platforms.
- Configure and maintain network security controls such as firewalls, segmentation, and access gateways.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage remediation processes effectively.
- Administer and optimize IAM/PAM platforms ensuring uptime, data integrity, and compliance.
- Handle user lifecycle processes—provisioning, de-provisioning, and access audits.
- Define governance frameworks, enforce role-based access models, and maintain documentation of IAM policies.
- Perform periodic access certifications and permissions reviews to align with ISO/NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and compliance teams to enhance identity automation workflows.
- Integrate IAM tools with Active Directory, LDAP, and API-based applications.
- Develop scripts for process automation using Python or PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- 3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Strong knowledge of IGA, SSO, MFA, and access governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, or CyberArk.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, OAuth, OIDC, and SAML integrations.
- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell or Python.
- Knowledge of ISO/NIST security standards, RBAC, and audit frameworks.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Desirable Certifications
- CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certifications preferred.
- Experience in automation for identity services and security in containerized or microservices environments.
- Prior exposure to PingIdentity and OneIdentity solutions will be an added advantage.
