Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the US customers through Calls.
- Should be capable of handling multiple Calls.
- Should be hands on Experience in handling Us calls
- Must be flexible to work in rotational night shift.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 6 mos of Experience into Customer voice support.
- Education Qualification. Any bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent Communication Skills both in Verbal and written communication.
- Should have basic knowledge in handling customer will be added as an advantage
