Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and process support to clients through calls and emails.
- Resolve customer queries while meeting defined SLA and quality standards.
- Record, track, and document all client interactions using the designated ticketing system.
- Diagnose issues and guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Team Leader when necessary.
- Access and utilize internal knowledge bases to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Educate customers about product features and assist them in navigating product functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with service agreements, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Analyze recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
- Conduct scheduled follow-ups with customers to ensure successful issue resolution.
- Participate in product training sessions and continuously enhance technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with ticketing or support systems.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
