Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer queries and support requests through telephone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Identify customer issues, diagnose problems, and provide appropriate resolutions or step-by-step guidance.
- Maintain accurate customer information, case records, call logs, and query-resolution documentation.
- Track and process customer requests using designated systems and follow established procedures.
- Resolve queries within defined SLAs while meeting quality, productivity, and service standards.
- Use internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and other resources to identify effective solutions.
- Assist customers in understanding product features, navigating menus, and accessing relevant services.
- Identify recurring issues and analyze call logs to help prevent similar problems.
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved issues to the appropriate team leader.
- Follow up with customers, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication.
- Provide relevant product information and disclosures in accordance with applicable service agreements.
- Participate in product training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous learning activities.
