Roles and Responsibilities
Invoice Management
- Analyze invoices.
- Resolve billing discrepancies with suppliers through phone or email.
- Conduct invoice audits to identify charge errors using Excel or in-house tools.
- Update reports and send them to customers.
Contract Administration
- Build Excel-based calculations based on contracts negotiated for customers.
- Participate effectively in internal and external communications.
The role may also involve other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
