Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review different types of shop invoices for engine maintenance services included in our maintenance plan, ensuring the information is correct and aligned with contract requirements.
- Create Sales Orders using engine utilization data to support the Finance team in revenue activities.
- Update and maintain data across various internal systems and help prepare reports related to engine maintenance.
- Contribute to process improvements and support digital initiatives by sharing ideas and helping streamline workflows.
- Work closely with teams such as Business, Customer Management, Digital, Finance, and Cost Analysis to complete tasks smoothly and respond to contract data questions.
- Assist with digital transformation efforts by using basic Power BI and SQL skills to improve data analysis and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 0–3 years of experience.
- Experience in Aviation, MRO, or Operations is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge or prior exposure to SAP SD, SAP CRM, Power BI, and SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, able to handle tasks independently with minimal supervision.
