The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region. They’re looking for an Underwriter to review customer credit applications and decide if the evidence provided meets our assessment criteria. You’ll also support their Collections team with forbearance applications, and get an opportunity to be involved in Product and Marketing teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Verifying applicants’ income
- Assessing creditworthiness and identifying risks
- Reviewing customer documentation and details for accuracy and authenticity
- Identifying potentially fraudulent applications and escalating where required
- Communicating with customers to provide additional information for their credit application
- Supporting Collections with assessment of forbearance applications
- Helping to improve and optimise our processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience underwriting personal credit applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience communicating directly with customers
- Great numeracy skills and attention to detail regarding documentation examination
- The ability to work within given deadlines/SLAs
- A solid understanding of lending products and practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
