Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in supply chain and material planning as part of Supply Chain Planning Analyst responsibilities
- Experience in PPAP (Quality), SIOP, supplier performance, and cost of poor quality
- Resolve requests or queries related to quality issues, cost of poor quality, drop shipment, and PPAP
- Responsible for monitoring inventory buckets such as safety stock, blocked stock, cycle stock, planned independent requirements, and more
- Work closely with account specialists and stakeholders to enhance the above processes
- Experience in improving processes through automation and continuous process improvements
- Extract and develop reports from databases and data warehouses for analysis, ensuring alignment with specifications
- Design, build, and publish reports and dashboards while analyzing available data sets
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements and meaningful reports using customer data platforms and visualization tools
- Prepare, review, and distribute program reports including performance scorecards, monthly goal reporting, board reporting, and senior management reporting
- Communicate data analysis findings and insights to stakeholders while providing business strategy recommendations to optimize performance
- Ensure data integrity of key objects such as product and account data, along with supporting information, using best practices and standard data integration
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by sourcing required data and supporting the team as needed
- Interpret and effectively communicate data insights
- Understand and manage KPIs within the team
- Maintain and continuously improve existing reports and dashboards
- Assist with data mining activities as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- University or college degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Management
- 0 to 2 years of business experience with a focus on analytics, reporting, and supply management domain knowledge suitable for an Entry Level Supply Chain Analyst
- Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite expertise (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an added advantage
- Understanding of data security related to access, scope, and distribution of reports and dashboards
- Experience working under dynamic and uncertain business conditions
