Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries and provide timely support through phone, email, or chat.
  • Understand customer concerns, identify the issue, and provide the best possible resolution.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
  • Record customer conversations accurately and update the required information in the system.
  • Use MS Office and internal applications to manage customer requests and documentation.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled with accuracy while following company policies and quality standards.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments whenever additional support is required.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Keep customer information confidential and comply with organizational guidelines.
  • Stay updated with company processes and continuously improve communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with least grammatical errors
  • Basic computer operating skills required (MS- Office Applications)
  • Appropriate Typing speed to be able to efficiently manage documentation during/post interaction
