Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support GRC implementation and support activities across risk, compliance, audit, policy, or third-party risk management areas.
- Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, and user support.
- Work with senior team members to understand business requirements and translate them into tool-based solutions.
- Support data validation, report preparation, dashboard updates, and basic workflow testing.
- Assist in preparing user stories, process documents, test cases, and training materials.
- Participate in UAT, defect tracking, issue analysis, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams and maintain clear communication on assigned tasks and status updates.
- Monitor project deliverables and provide regular status updates to project leads.
- Demonstrate ownership, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new GRC platforms and client requirements
- Stay updated on emerging GRC trends, regulatory requirements, and technology platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in GRC – Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, or related technology domains.
- Basic understanding of databases, software applications, and business processes.
- Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of CRUD operations, workflows, and business process automation.
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SQL, or reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or project delivery methodologies.
