Roles and Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Talents Needed for Success:
- Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture, including warehouses, clustering, partitioning, and query execution concepts
- Hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in SQL query optimization and performance tuning
- Ability to analyze query profiles, execution plans, and warehouse usage to identify performance and cost improvement opportunities
- Awareness of FinOps principles, including cost monitoring, resource utilization, and optimization strategies
- Proficiency in data engineering concepts such as ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and batch/stream processing
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and data ecosystem tools (e.g., Python, Snowpark, Kafka, or similar technologies)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights
- Experience or awareness of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance requirements (especially in financial services environments)
- Effective collaboration skills to work across platform teams, product teams, and business stakeholders
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment
