Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated tests using an existing framework
- Create and execute manual tests, document results, and log defects
- Identify and prepare test data for automation and manual testing
- Participate in release cycles and ensure smooth software deployments
- Diagnose root causes, analyze logs, and resolve issues
- Perform regression, integration, functional, and performance testing
- Gain in-depth knowledge of CSG applications to identify gaps and edge cases
- Work within an agile Scrum team alongside developers, product owners, and QA engineers
- Collaborate across time zones with 2–3 hours overlap with US stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in a testing role (manual + automation)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing best practices
- Strong experience testing web applications and APIs
- Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
- Hands-on with API testing tools like Postman/Bruno
- Programming skills in Cwith XUnit framework experience
- Database testing with SQL Server
- Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, SQL queries, and QA methodologies
