The person would be responsible for offering accurate, competitive, and timely customer quotations for off-net requests by collaborating with OLO Providers, Sales, Product, Carrier Relations, Service Delivery, and other cross-functional teams. The role ensures adherence to turnaround time (TAT) targets, and quality standards, while effectively supporting both standard and non-standard requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze customer/Sales requirements, including location, bandwidth, service type, and timelines
- Engage with OLO providers/carriers to obtain quotes and assess feasibility
- Evaluate supplier responses based on cost, feasibility, SLA, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Carrier Relations, and OLO Delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy and viability
- Deliver quotations within defined turnaround time targets while maintaining high accuracy.
- Manage complex or non-standard requirements through effective stakeholder coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation of supplier quotes, approvals, and final submissions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and numerical ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for customer and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining timelines, accuracy, and service quality.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and quoting/pricing tools (e.g., CPQ).
- Understanding pricing, cost structures, and commercial terminology.
- Customer focused and quality driven mindset.
- Process oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
