Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily tasks and client work, such as documents collection, renaming and storing of the documents, updates the software as the case may be, processing online signatures via docu sign and statutory filings as may be assigned.
- Actively participate in process and client-related training to enhance operational expertise.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in managing data updates in the assigned software and documents management system.
- Maintain consistent, timely, and appropriate communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Escalate critical issues to senior team members as needed, ensure quick resolution and minimal disruption.
- Noting down the time spent on each assigned work and adding them accurately and promptly on the assigned systems using the correct codes
- Updating the daily work status on the assigned work trackers along with recording of all the aspects as per established guidelines to uphold quality standards.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by consistently meeting agreed standards and attaining data accuracy.
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively while adhering to deadlines and executing data entry activities.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members and participate in cross-training sessions to support project requirements and bulk assignment.
- Reading the Standard operating procedures and following the instructions given under the same.
- Attending organizational trainings and completing the same within the assigned time frame.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- About You: (Grade 9)
- You have at least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar job in financial industry company.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
- About You: (Grade 10)
- You are a fresh graduate (may or may not have internship experience).
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
