Θ Positions: Associate – Security Analytics & Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Production support duties for the IAM team, including troubleshooting connector issues, monitoring data, and debugging approval requests.
- Work with IAM products (OIM, IIQ, PING).
- Administer IAM systems and resolve issues.
- Ability to follow the SOP and work under guidance.
- Experience with SQL queries and UNIX systems.
- Investigate security/user incidents and resolve access-related issues.
- Perform daily monitoring of IAM systems and handle incidents.
- Work closely with peer groups to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ability to work on weekends on occasional basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in computer Science or related field, with 2+ years of Cybersecurity Experience.
