This role is part of the BSv organization and focuses on Finance Administration and Record to Analyze (R2A) activities. The person in this role will work on finance processes such as recording, reporting, analysis, reconciliations, and period-end closing activities. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day finance transactions, resolving regular process-related issues, preparing reports, and making sure activities are completed accurately and on time. You will also work with internal teams and client stakeholders, including Financial Controllers, to support smooth finance operations.
The role is suitable for someone who has a good understanding of finance and accounting and is comfortable working as part of a team. You will also get opportunities to work on process improvements, new technologies, and better ways of delivering finance services.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities related to R2A processes.
- Process financial transactions accurately and within the required timelines.
- Support month-end and period-end closing activities.
- Perform account and financial reconciliations and help identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare regular finance reports and maintain required documentation.
- Handle standard process-related queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work with team members and stakeholders to ensure finance activities are completed smoothly.
- Support experienced Finance specialists with task management, progress updates, and documentation.
- Follow company processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
- Look for opportunities to improve existing processes and make day-to-day work more efficient.
- Communicate any issues, delays, or risks to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance processes.
- Knowledge of reconciliations, reporting, and month-end/period-end activities is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Ability to understand when to ask for guidance or escalate an issue.
Experience
- This position is suitable for entry-level and junior/mid-level finance professionals. Candidates with prior experience in finance operations, accounting, shared services, R2A, reconciliations, or reporting will have an advantage.
