Perform bank suspense account clearing as well as control in accordance with the process documentation and standard AzP procedures. The activities and responsibilities in the role consist of posting FEBAN entries, clearing bank suspense account, preparing balance sheet reconciliation, treasury schedule, and other management reports and more.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Posting and clearing FEBAN by moving items to respective AP or AR sub ledgers.
- Cash/Receipts allocation from FEBAN to customer accounts on the basis of remittance advice
- DE-bulking of bulk/credit card payment and then clearing same in suspense accounts Customer account or respective balance sheet account clearing based on information received on for cash receipts.
- Clearing and control of Bank suspense account in SAP.
- Strong liaising with AP, AR team and other business teams for clearing open items in suspense GL.
- Preparation of Bank reconciliations.
- Preparation and posting of cash flow journals associated with Account payables, Account receivables and bank transfer.
- Preparation and control of Balance sheet reconciliation for Bank and bank suspense account.
- Continuous review of processes to identify opportunities for automation and reduce turnaround time for completion.
- Assist with the accurate and timely completion of the monthly treasury schedule, management pack and associated responsibilities
- Provide active input into the design and implementation of process improvement initiative.
- Work within a team structure in achieving key performance indicators and objectives and be highly focused on the achievement of these objectives
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders
- Other related adhoc tasks and responsibilities as the need arises.
