Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform Quality Testing reviews across various Banking processes to assess adherence to established procedures, policies, and quality standards.
- Conduct sampling and transaction-level reviews in accordance with defined testing methodologies and review frameworks.
- Identify, document, and report quality findings, errors, exceptions, and process gaps.
- Prepare and publish quality reports, dashboards, and management summaries highlighting key observations and trends.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documents, and job aids to ensure accuracy and alignment with current business requirements.
- Maintain complete and accurate testing documentation, evidence, and review records.
- Track testing volumes, productivity, and quality metrics to support operational reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with operations teams and stakeholders to clarify process requirements, observations, and testing outcomes.
- Participate in calibration sessions and quality review discussions to ensure consistency in testing results.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance process quality, standardization, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality guidelines, and applicable banking procedures during all testing activities.
- Assist in ad-hoc reviews, data analysis, and reporting requests as required by management.
