Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely support through phone, email, or chat.
- Understand customer concerns, identify the issue, and provide the best possible resolution.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
- Record customer conversations accurately and update the required information in the system.
- Use MS Office and internal applications to manage customer requests and documentation.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled with accuracy while following company policies and quality standards.
- Work closely with team members and other departments whenever additional support is required.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Keep customer information confidential and comply with organizational guidelines.
- Stay updated with company processes and continuously improve communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with least grammatical errors
- Basic computer operating skills required (MS- Office Applications)
- Appropriate Typing speed to be able to efficiently manage documentation during/post interaction
