Job Description:
- Customer Risk Assessments & Security Questionnaires
- Own the end-to-end process of receiving, triaging, and responding to customer-issued security questionnaires, risk assessments, and due diligence requests for Thomson Reuters products.
- Draft clear, accurate, and professionally worded responses that address customer concerns around data security, privacy, access controls, and compliance posture.
- Maintain a centralized knowledge base of pre-approved answers, policy references, and evidence artifacts to accelerate turnaround on recurring questionnaire topics.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders — product owners, legal, IT, and engineering — to gather up-to-date evidence and clarifications required for customer submissions.
- Track questionnaire status, SLAs, and customer follow-ups, ensuring timely and complete responses at all times.
- AI-Augmented Security Response
- Leverage AI-powered tools (such as large language models, Copilot, or security automation platforms) to draft, refine, and quality-check customer risk assessment responses at scale.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to extract relevant security information from internal documentation and policies, translating it into customer-ready language.
- Identify and champion automation opportunities within the questionnaire response workflow, improving team efficiency and consistency.
- Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and continuously evaluate their applicability to the customer assurance function.
- Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including customer procurement and security teams.
- Collaborate with SMEs in business or technology across the Thomson Reuters enterprise to ensure accurate and timely questionnaire completion.
- Contribute to internal process documentation, playbooks, and response templates to drive consistency and quality.
- Participate in periodic reviews of completed questionnaires to identify trends, gaps, and continuous improvement opportunities.
