Job description for Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations:
- You will be responsible for performing database queries, CRUD operations, and writing stored procedures. You will prepare and execute tests, analyze and resolve service tickets, and demonstrate proficiency in IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools, with a strong drive for innovation.
- Describe relationships between tables and write queries to retrieve data from the database.
- Perform CRUD operations and write stored procedures for a given Low-Level Design.
- Prepare test cases/scripts/data and execute manual/automated tests.
- Analyze root causes and fix service tickets as per standard operating procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in tools related to IT Service Management and Data Analytics.
- Possess a strong drive to innovate and experiment in projects.

Eligibility criteria:
- Candidates from the 2024 or 2025 graduated batch of 3-year UG degrees in BCA, BSc – Computer Science, Information Technology (allied streams), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics & Electronics with at least 60% in academics (no rounding off 59.9%).
- Candidates must have consistent academic records with a minimum of 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG (without rounding).
- Students must have a minimum 60% aggregate in UG at the time of joining with no arrears.
- CGPA-to-percentage conversion will follow university norms.
