ZS is conducting a Recruitment Drive 2025 to hire Cloud Administrator (Application Deployment) in Pune. ZS’s Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team defines and implements cloud best practices that ensure secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise-grade architecture for client-facing SaaS and delivery software solutions. The Cloud Careers team at ZS is a collaborative, fast-paced group with offices in Evanston (Illinois, USA) and Pune (India).
As a Cloud Administrator, you will be part of the CCoE application deployment team, managing AWS deployments, configuration management, and DevOps automation across multiple environments and client product instances.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Cloud Administrator at ZS, your responsibilities include:
- Application deployment & configuration management across private and public cloud (AWS).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop & implement deployment plans.
- Troubleshoot AWS cloud deployment issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Act as primary contact for deployment-related inquiries and planning.
- Participate in infrastructure maintenance activities (weekend schedules included).
- Create and maintain deployment support documentation for clients.
- Lead migration of on-premise data warehouses to AWS Cloud.
- Identify and implement improvements in cloud deployment & upgrade processes.
- Contribute to DevOps automation projects using CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in AWS administration, application deployment, and configuration management.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, EMR, CloudFront, Elastic Load Balancer.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (TeamCity, BitBucket, SVN).
- Working knowledge of Linux & Windows OS administration.
- Basic database knowledge: SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with web servers (IIS, Apache Tomcat).
- Experience with scripting languages: PowerShell, Python, Bash/Shell scripting.
- Exposure to DevOps methodologies and automation pipelines.
- Experience in ITIL-based environments preferred.
