Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle all process deliverables with accuracy, ensure compliance with quality regulations, and maintain effective client relationships.
- Demonstrate analytical skills and contribute as an active team player.
- Manage day-to-day work activities and keep the supervisor informed appropriately.
- Document all processes on a daily basis, collate metrics from associates, and prepare various operational reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
