Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain real-time systems to proactively identify and resolve incidents before escalation.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients, including issue resolution, escalation management, and API troubleshooting.
- Work as part of a global 24/7 support team, ensuring continuous availability and client satisfaction.
- Diagnose and prioritize technical issues to determine resolution paths effectively.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Log, document, and categorize client requests accurately for knowledge base reference.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams for complex issue resolution.
- Recommend process improvements and contribute to incident management and post-mortem analysis.
- Support backend activities such as log analysis, bug reproduction, and API testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a client-facing technical support role (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or payment solutions).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and API integrations.
- Ability to read and troubleshoot JSON payloads and API logs.
- Basic coding/scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
