Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze credit requests based on established guidelines and evaluate financial statements using tools like Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, and Credit Risk Monitor, maintaining consistency in review accuracy aligned with real-time credit data evaluation.
- Conduct thorough research on customer financial information and contact credit references to gather relevant data.
- Manage the customer set-up process, including credit approval, assigning, and updating credit limits as needed
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer files and prepare credit approval requests for executive-level review.
- Monitor existing customers’ credit reports, payment history, and credit limits to ensure they remain within appropriate consolidated limits
- Communicate potential credit risks, such as customers exceeding credit limits, to collections teams, independent sales agents, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate the customer onboarding process after credit approval
- Respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers to maintain positive relationships and effective communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including adjusting responsibilities as business needs evolve, ensuring all updates align with predictive credit risk insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial data analysis.
- 0-2 years of experience in Credit queue or a similar role BUT MANADATE to have B.COM Degree .
- Proficiency with credit analysis tools such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, and Credit Risk Monitor.
- Excellent verbal and email writing communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in preparing reports and presenting credit evaluations to senior management.
