Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for B2B users contacting the Wipro Service Desk
  • Provide primary user support and customer service
  • Respond to queries through calls, emails, chat, and service portals
  • Understand client-specific applications, processes, and environments
  • Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and IT-related issues
  • Log all incidents and requests accurately in the service desk tool
  • Ensure adherence to TAT, SLA, and SoW commitments
  • Resolve issues or escalate them as per defined helpdesk procedures
  • Maintain MIS reports and resolution logs
  • Update customers regularly on ticket status
  • Share customer feedback, suggestions, and escalations with internal teams
  • Identify opportunities for process and service improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory experience or knowledge in TIS Service Desk
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, applications, and hardware
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service desk environment
  • Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
