Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot solutions, designs, models, and simulations as per client and project requirements.
- Work on CAD and CAE software to develop models aligned with engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Test prototypes and designs, performing impact analysis, stress analysis, and other boundary condition checks.
- Create prototypes based on prepared CAD models and engineering drawings.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements.
- Run simulations in virtual environments to provide optimized and cost-effective solutions.
- Enhance applications by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing system upgrades.
- Follow industry-standard operating procedures and client-defined processes.
- Resolve defects raised by clients or integration teams and handle issue tickets effectively.
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and deploy systems with maximum efficiency and minimal latency.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, maintain documentation repositories, and update timesheets.
- Ensure complete project documentation and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on knowledge of CAD and CAE tools.
- Mandatory skill: M3 Java.
- Understanding of design, simulation, and testing processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as per project plans, timelines, and industry standards.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
