Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in data quality assessments and remediation processes to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Adhere to data governance standards, data privacy policies, and audit requirements.
- Identify data quality metrics and perform data quality audits for benchmarking.
- Develop and maintain metadata policies and standards for enterprise data management.
- Support the creation of data lineage documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Execute data profiling and root cause analysis to resolve data-related issues.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve overall data accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare documentation related to design decisions, issue closure, and remediation updates.
- Recommend strategies for improving the quality of financial and regulatory data sources.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality assurance, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or data automation tools preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage data quality remediation projects under tight timelines.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in BSA-AML, Sanctions, or Anti-Bribery/Corruption compliance.
