Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform routine clerical and financial operations tasksin compliance with banking policies.
- Receive, log, batch, and distribute work items in an organized manner.
- Handle filing, photocopying, answering phone calls, and supporting office operations.
- Prepare, manage, and distribute incoming/outgoing banking mail.
- Follow standard operating procedures under close supervision.
- Escalate complex cases or discrepancies to senior staff.
- Ensure data entry accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ months of operations support experience(banking/finance preferred) OR equivalent training, military experience, or education.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to retain high volumes of information.
- Ability to recognize, escalate, and resolve discrepancies.
- Flexible to work in US Banking hours (India Night Shifts).
