- Process Unemployment Claims: Review and process unemployment claims per standard operating procedures.
- Meet Deadlines: Ensure all claims and requests are processed within required timeframes.
- Information Gathering: Collect relevant data from stores and contacts to support claims processing.
- Work with State Agencies: Coordinate with agencies to resolve issues, respond to requests, and maintain compliance.
