They are seeking an Associate Cybersecurity Engineer – DevOps with a minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Kubernetes environments and be capable of independently handling common DevOps tasks, including CI/CD pipeline setup, containerization, log management, and monitoring. Experience in automation using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions is essential. Familiarity with Generative AI for achieving project goals is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participate in group standups, provide timely status updates, and review pull requests with constructive feedback.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions to ensure reliable and efficient deployment processes.
- Automate complex, repetitive tasks using Ansible to streamline operations.
- Create Docker Images and deploy in Shared Platform Kubernetes Clusters in On-Premise and Cloud
- Create Application Metrics in Prometheus and Dashboards in Grafana for real-time monitoring and alerting.
- Deploy and manage microservices in a cloud-native environment.
- Create scripts in Python and Bash to automate and enhance DevOps workflows.
- Support Incidents created for Connectivity issues and raise bug tickets and make necessary code fixes.
- Interact with group members and other Visa teams as necessary and support application issues on demand with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Create Helm Charts to deploy application in Kubernetes clusters
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in scripting with Python and Bash.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Git repositories, Ansible, Jenkins,ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with containerization technologies and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of common technology stacks, including fluentbit, Prometheus/Alertmanager/Grafana, Opensearch/Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, with an ability to leverage cloud services for scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Familiarity with data streaming and search technologies, such as Kafka and Opensearch/Elasticsearch, to support robust data pipelines.
- Desirable experience in leveraging Generative AI tools to drive innovation and improve DevOps processes.
