Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute AML compliance checks, periodic reviews, and data validation.
- Conduct research to assess risks under KYC/AML/Sanctions regulations.
- Manage workflows from initiation to completion using company systems.
- Analyze client data to identify individuals, UBOs, and PEP involvement.
- Synthesize information from multiple sources for risk & compliance evaluation.
- Handle workload effectively and oversee incoming cases.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams for complete AML/KYC documentation.
- Provide quality assurance by reviewing junior staff work and mentoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in History, Literature, English Hons, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in AML or KYC roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written & verbal English communication.
- Knowledge of Google Suite & Microsoft Office.
- Eagerness to learn global AML compliance and financial regulations.
- Positive attitude, self-driven, and effective team player.
