As an Entry-Level CloudOps Engineer within their Cloud Operations department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing their cloud infrastructure powered by AWS, VMware, and Nutanix technologies. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Monitor the health and performance of our cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for optimization.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly, working in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Installation and Configuration: Participate in the installation and configuration of AWS, VMware, and Nutanix components, contributing to the robustness of our cloud systems.
• Collaborative Support: Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the reliability, stability, and efficiency of our cloud-based systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0 -1 years of experience in IT service delivery management.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and exposure to AWS, Linux, Windows, VMware, or Nutanix is advantageous.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to learning and implementing new solutions.
• Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.
