Roles and Responsibilities
- Interact professionally with internal stakeholders, support staff, and IT engineers.
- Monitor automations using Automation Anywhere Control Room and Ui Path Orchestrator; respond to errors, exceptions, and performance issues.
- Restart or re-trigger bots as needed and escalate critical issues to the development team.
- Update configuration files to support BOT scaling and automation processes.
- Assist with bot scheduling in the Control Room and validate post-deployment execution.
- Support new client onboarding process for healthcare technology projects.
- Raise support tickets in Jira & ServiceNow (Enterprise IT Tools).
- Proactively review emails and actively respond to de-escalate issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant Technical / Business Experience.
- Experience:1–3 years of IT Support / Technical Consultant jobs.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of Windows Servers & Cloud Platforms.
- Exposure to international clients (US preferred).
- Hands-on experience in application support / product support jobs.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with US Healthcare IT, healthcare terminology, and EHR systems.
- Experience with Automation Platforms / RPA Operations Support (UiPath / Automation Anywhere).
- Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, and healthcare analytics jobs.
