Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attend to calls and emails from customers. Resolve customer queries/issues on call and over emails.
- Raise the required orders in SAP based on set guidelines.
- Provide accurate and qualitative information to customers on every call/email.
- Clarify updates with supervisors to obtain complete understanding of the information requested.
- Implement feedback given by supervisors.
- Promote teamwork and project success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualification: Preferably Graduate or Under-Graduate.
- Experience: New College Graduate or 12 months of experience in Order Management or customer facing industry
- Key Competencies: PC proficiency – Internet, Outlook, Word & Excel, Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excellent Customer Centricity, Oral & Written Communication, Good Typing Skills (30 WPM minimum), Quick Learning Ability, Logical Thinking Ability.
- Mandatory Requirements: Candidate should be flexible and willing to work in shifts (24×7)
