As an Associate Engineer – Technical Operations, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of aircraft systems, engines, and maintenance programs. Your work will involve analyzing technical issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing safe and efficient engineering solutions. Roles and Responsibilities
- Review Service Bulletins (SBs) from aircraft or component manufacturers for fleet applicability.
- Develop solutions, implementation plans, cost/benefit analysis, and project justifications.
- Coordinate with FAA approvals where applicable and manage warranty recovery.
- Engage proactively with domestic engineering teams to ensure alignment with work goals.
- Organize and manage project priorities for both line and base aircraft operations.
- Support revisions to maintenance programs and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with operational groups to ensure safety, compliance, and reliability.
- Participate in training sessions, virtual learning, and independent skill development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (freshers eligible).
- Strong communication skills (written and oral), with data-focused and project management abilities.
- Team-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
