Roles and Responsibilities
- Support United Express (UAX) Strategy & Analysis through data collection, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to improve airline operations and partner performance.
- Conduct strategic analysis to optimize resource planning, aircraft scheduling, and crew utilization.
- Perform forecasting and monitor aviation industry trends to update operational plans.
- Collaborate with Airport Operations, Technical Operations, and other departments to deliver data-driven insights.
- Contribute to ad-hoc strategic planning projects and support management in key decision-making processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Statistics, Data Science, or Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis, planning, or a data-driven role.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Teradata, or Hive/Spark preferred.
- Familiarity with Python and automation tools is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Data Visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred:
- 4–6 weeks of travel to the United States annually.
- Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship.
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a key requirement.
