Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Engineering or equivalent degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Skills: AWS Cloud Ops, Azure Cloud Ops, DevOps, AVD, AD, VMware
Job Description:
- Assists with the design, development and implementation of secure, scalable infrastructure for cloud services.
- Supports team efforts to improve the reliability, quality and performance of cloud-hosted systems.
- Helps implement security measures to protect data and infrastructure in the cloud (i.e., such as firewalls, encryption, access controls).
- Contributes to the deployment, maintenance and scaling of cloud-based solutions.
- Troubleshoots cloud systems and helps with bottleneck management and other system improvements.
- Assists with the measurement and optimization of system performance.
- Monitors and troubleshoots cloud systems for potential bottlenecks, identifying possible solutions and working with DevSecOps, Software Engineering and other engineers on resolution strategies.
- Writes and maintains custom scripts to increase system efficiency and reduce intervention time required.
- Participates in system design consulting, platform management and capacity planning.
