Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operational Analytics & Insights
- Perform in-depth data analysis to drive operational improvements and business decisions.
- Track and analyze operational metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets and present concise recommendations.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Ad‑hoc performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Reporting & Dashboarding
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Superset, and other BI tools.
- Develop robust MIS reports ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Automate recurring reports and optimize data workflows.
- Data Management & Wrangling
- Clean, transform, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
- Ensure high data quality, reliability, and integrity.
- Work with relational databases using SQL to extract and manipulate data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with Operations, Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into analytical requirements and provide clear insights.
- Communicate findings through visual storytelling and presentations.
Required Technical Skills
- Core Analytics & Programming
- SQL: Querying, extracting, and manipulating data from relational databases.
- Python or R: Data cleaning, transformation, statistical analysis
- Common libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.
- Data Visualization
- Hands-on experience in Power BI, Superset.
- Ability to build interactive dashboards and visual reports.
