The Tenant and Employment (T&E) Back Office Operations Representative will be responsible for: Handling email responses and customer queries, Reviewing identity verification documents, Completing recommendation transactions, Fulfilling consumer disclosures & Researching and resolving consumer disputes. This role supports both customers and consumers using T&E services for rental housing and employment opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of T&E products, services, and tools.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of business processes in back office operations.
- Apply knowledge of U.S. credit/financial principles, criminal justice system, and rental housing systems.
- Respond to emails, review documents, and handle criminal/eviction recommendation transactions.
- Work with QA and team leads for performance improvement and process compliance.
- Deliver high-quality work to ensure consumer and client satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in operations or customer care/support.
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.
