Job Description
As an Analyst in Data Operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with development teams to maintain high-quality databases, streamline workflows, and execute data builds and ETL processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data & Technical Operations Support
- Execute monthly ETL and data build cycles for product development.
- Load, query, and export large datasets using SQL and R.
- Support product changes, releases, and internal data initiatives.
- Coordinate data transfers using Globalscape EFT and Connect Direct.
- Collaborate with software and database teams to maintain operational efficiency.
- Quality & Risk Management
- Conduct QA checks and reduce team risk exposure.
- Ensure compliance with documented processes and audit requirements.
- Independently handle data and technical queries.
- Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities.
- Drive data workflow optimization and efficiency through scripting and re-engineering.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
