Roles and Responsibilities
As a Fraud and Risk Associate at TaskUs, you will:
- Set up internal controls in alignment with global security strategies.
- Perform audits for workstation controls and IT security compliance.
- Provide assistance and evidence for fraud investigations and regulatory requirements.
- Support security controls for networks, GPO, and GSuite while troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with Fraud Analysts, IT, Security, and Operations teams to complete projects.
- Participate in phishing simulations and organizational risk assessment activities.
- Conduct IT general control testing and support remediation of identified gaps.
- ontribute to external regulatory audits (PCI, SOC2, HIPAA).
- Review controls on work-from-home setups and advise on risk remediation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline (Engineering or Postgraduate preferred).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in fraud detection or IT risk management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with phishing simulations and risk assessment frameworks.
- Knowledge of IT control audits, firewall configurations, and GSuite administration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict compliance requirements.
