Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through phone, email, or chat channels.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Handle queries related to billing, payments, orders, and product issues.
- Escalate complex or technical problems to the relevant support departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by identifying root causes and applying solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update account information accurately.

- Provide mentoring or guidance to new associates when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Education: 10+2 (Graduate preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer navigation, typing, and data entry
- Knowledge of Visa/MasterCard rules and payment dispute processing is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in a contact center or BPO environment is advantageous

- Experience handling international customers or high-volume queries
- Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy under pressure
